The Venezuelan government will deploy an anti-aircraft defense missile system on its borders with Colombia, starting next September 10.
Although Colombian President Iván Duque says his country respects the territoriality of other states, Caracas says that the neighboring nation intends to attack Venezuela after a false positive and put together a political show in front of the United Nations Security Council.
