The General Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Yukiya Amano, will arrive on Wednesday in the Cuban capital, on an official visit, as announced by the Nuclear Power and Advanced Technologies Agency.
Amano will hold meetings with national authorities, and next Monday will attend the inauguration of the XX Meeting of the Technical Coordination Body of the Regional Cooperation Agreement for the Promotion of Nuclear Science and Technology in Latin America and the Caribbean. The sessions will take place in the province of Matanzas.
