Send Raul congratulations on the 71st anniversary of North Korea

Meanwhile, the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, conveyed his congratulations to the president and citizens of North Korea, after highlighting the fraternal and constructive nature of bilateral relations. He expressed his conviction that greater dialogue and collaboration will be beneficial to the interests of both peoples and the consolidation of peace, and stability in the Korean peninsula and Northeast Asia. The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea was founded on 1948 by Kim il Sung, the country’s historical leader and grandfather of the current president.
