Dr. Francisco Durán García, national director of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) reported that at the close of this Thursday, April 29, Cuba confirmed 1,046 new cases of COVID-19. The death of 12 people due to the disease is regretted and 973 clinical discharges were granted. The health authorities insist on raising the perception of risk in the face of the complex epidemiological scenario in Cuba.
