Hacia el principado de Andorra partió en la noche de este sábado una brigada de 39 profesionales de la salud en su esfuerzo por combatir a la COVID-19.

Esta brigada médica es la segunda que tiene como destino a Europa y la decimotercera que la mayor de las Antillas envía a otras naciones como muestra de su tradición solidaria y profundo humanismo.

A la salida de la instalación aeroportuaria, los galenos cubanos recibieron los aplausos de los taxistas presentes en el lugar, quienes también hicieron sonar los claxons de sus vehículos.

Hoy se conoció que más de 40 países han solicitado la ayuda de la nación caribeña para hacer frente a la pandemia que está presente en 174 regiones del mundo según el último reporte del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
